FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is it true that metal roofing costs twice the amount of composition roofing?

A: This is not true. Metal roofing, although it is more costly, is nowhere near twice as much. However, if your home has wooden cedar shingles, the metal roof is generally cheaper than a compostion roof.

Q: Do you sub-contract your work out?

A: No. All of our in-house crews are well-trained and have been with us for a number of years.

Q: How long will the job that to complete & do I have to be present?

A: In most cases, our jobs will take 1 to 2 days to complete & the customer does not have to be present.

Q: Is there a waiting list?

A: The process from start to finish (signing date of contract to roof completion) is generally less than 3 weeks.

Q: Do you offer financing or payment plans?

A: Unfortunately, at this point, we have no financing available & we do not offer payment plans. However, we generally do not take down-payments, as all of our jobs are generally paid upon completion.

Q: Are you fully insured & bonded?

A: Yes. We are fully insured & bonded.

Q: Do you work with insurance companies?

A: Yes. We work closely with all insurance companies & in most cases we know the adjustors well & communicate with them closely.

Q: Do you replace rotten fascia or rotten wood during the roofing process?

A: Yes. We replace all rotten wood during the roofing process.

Q: Are your seamless gutters really seamless?

A: Yes. All of our seamless gutters are extruded (or made) on-site.

Q: Is Leaf Guard available?

A: Yes. We have 2 colors available. Silver & Black.

Q: How far will you travel for a job?

A: We generally stay within a 75-mile radius. However, we have travelled farther for larger projects.

Q: Do you offer standing seam roofing?

A: Yes. We do offer a standing seam roof. It is a single-lock or snap-lock panel. These are also ectruded in the field at the home.

Q: What's the difference between PBU & PBR?

A: PBU (Purloing Bearing U-Panel) is primarily a residential product. It is 6 inches from ridge to ridge. PBR (Purloing Bearing R-Panel) is primarily a commercial product. It is 12 inches from ridge to ridge.
